Kuala Lumpur, 14 May 2024 – Saraspice participated in the Malaysian National Pepper Industry Conference 2024 held from 14-15 May 2024 at the Sunway Putra Hotel, Kuala Lumpur organized by the Malaysian Pepper Board (MPB). The main objective of this event is to serve as a platform to bring all the parties involved in Malaysia’s pepper industry to network and sharing of information on the pepper industry generally globally and locally specifically.

Mr Fu Siang Lee, General Manager of Saraspice Sdn Bhd (SSB) presented his talks on SSB, the Supplier of Pure Sarawak Pepper. Malaysian Pepper Board Chairman, YB Dato Anyi Ngau presented a souvenir as a token of appreciation to Mr Fu after the session.

Saraspice Sdn Bhd also set up a booth at the event to introduce and promote Sarawak pepper, as well as sales of Saraspice product. SSB was delighted that YB Datuk Chan Foong Hin, the Deputy Minister of Plantation and Commodities who visited SSB’s booth. In appreciation, Mr Fu presented a token to appreciation to YB Datuk Chan witnessed by SSB Chairman, Dato’ Sri Doris Sophia Brodi.

The event proved to be a resourcing success, and Saraspice eagerly anticpates more engagement with the pepper industry stakeholder especially the food and ingredient industry players and pepper farmers in particular.
