Serian, 27 July 2023 – Saraspice has done it again! And this time around is with the 𝐒𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐤 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥 𝐃𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐁𝐊𝐑𝐏𝐁), which operates under the 𝐃𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐀𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲. Together, we have organized three consecutive Pesticide Management training sessions for the pepper communities in 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐢, 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚’𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐢 𝐑𝐢𝐦𝐮, and 𝐊𝐚𝐦𝐩𝐮𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐨𝐡 𝐑𝐚𝐛𝐚 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐮. The main objective of these training sessions was to impart knowledge and highlight the importance of pesticide management and Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) to the participants. SSB requested BKRPB to provide guidelines and reading materials related to the training, which greatly facilitated the learning process during the workshops.
