Kuching, 6th December 2024 – Saraspice Sdn Bhd organized a three-day workshop at Theatre Hotel from 6th to 8th December 2024. The workshop aimed to strategize and develop Saraspice’s action plan for 2025. The event was attended by members of the Saraspice management team, alongside executives and non-executive staff from various regions across Sarawak, from Serian, Betong, Sarikei, and Sibu.

The workshop provided an opportunity for each department to present their work procedures, fostering better understanding and collaboration among attendees. Following the presentations, a Q&A session was held to clarify and address any queries, ensuring comprehensive understanding across all teams. SSB GM, Mr Fu also took the opportunity to present the 2025 Business Plan, outlining the company’s goals and expectations for the coming year while emphasizing individual job scopes and collective achievements.

On the second day, participants were divided into three groups to brainstorm ideas for the 2025 business plan. Each group shared their insights and proposals, which were presented on the final day of the workshop, marking a collaborative effort toward shaping the company’s future direction.

In addition to the formal sessions, the event included an intimate dinner with Saraspice’s Board of Directors. This gathering provided an excellent platform to strengthen professional relationships and align collective goals for the future.

The workshop successfully brought together Saraspice staff and leadership, fostering unity, collaboration, and a shared vision for the year ahead.
